Reviews of the company

Key questions before designing

  1. The supply of heat is only intended for living rooms?
  2. Is it necessary to heat the auxiliary rooms, and which ones?
  3. Which thermal regime is desirable to support in each of the objects?

This is important for determining the optimal mode for each room. The project of gas heating at home takes into account these features. Proceeding from them, are defined:

  1. Total capacity of boilers and pump, radiator parameters.
  2. The possibility of installing a "warm floor" is studied together with the client.
  3. A sketch of the scheme of gas equipment and spreads is compiled.

After preliminary coordination of the nuances, the specialist of the company makes an estimate.

Process of designing of heating

Beginning to create a project of gas heating of a private house, the engineer decides the main question - which gas to use. If the building is gasified, fuel from the gas pipeline is used. Otherwise, it will take time to connect it. Those customers who do not have a time reserve, offer an alternative option - gas cylinders.

The next moment of project development is choosing the type of wiring: beam or tee. The first is somewhat more expensive due to the long length of the pipelines. Its advantages: simplicity of repair, efficiency. The tee wiring uses fewer tubes, so it's cheaper. However, it does not provide for the adjustment of individual elements.

What is the price of the project?

The cost of the project for gas heating depends on its complexity. This concerns the selection of the boiler and the circuit of the system. The representative of Celsus will select radiators, a pump, expansion tank. Drawings will indicate the correct slope of the pipes during installation, increase in their diameter, the highest point of the house to accommodate the tank. You will also be offered to install additional devices: air vent, stopcocks, temperature and head sensors.

Careful and professional consideration of specific conditions is a guarantee of obtaining effective system   gas heating. It will satisfy all your needs. You can apply for design on the phone, on the company's website.

Gas today is the best value for heating the private house. If there is a gas main near the house - consider that you will not find other cheaper options. Most private house owners pursue one goal - to achieve the maximum positive effect of the system, spending a minimum of funds and efforts on its installation and operation. How to make gas heating of a private house with your own hands?

How to choose a gas boiler

It should immediately be noted that speaking of gas heating, it is still meant that the heating of the coolant is carried out with gas. But in the role of the coolant most often acts water. On what parameters are gas boilers chosen:

  1. By power. Boilers of low power (up to 65 kW) and medium power (up to 1700 kW) are an ideal choice for a private house heating system. Under the Soviet Union, the calculation of power gas boiler   was made according to the formula 1kW of capacity per 10 sq. m. area. However, for more convenience, you can see on the site of the boiler manufacturer special calculators for calculating the capacity of boilers that take into account the characteristics of the region, the area of the house, the height of the ceilings, the number of floors and other parameters. From above it is better to add another 20% of capacity in case of unforeseen situations.
  2. Boilers can be one- and two-circuit. Single-circuit units are only used for heating. If you need more and heating hot water - Choose a dual-circuit boiler. Immediately determine the need for hot water: if it is not more than 15 liters per minute with a temperature of up to 30 ° C, a compact and convenient flow-through type boiler will be a sufficient option. If hot water is needed in full, then the best option   will purchase a boiler with a boiler. The boiler can create a reserve of hot water from 50 liters to 200 liters.
  3. Floor or wall. Floor boilers   differ large dimensions, are installed on the floor and can calmly cope with the largest in area rooms. Usually a separate small room is allocated for the installation of the floor boiler. Modern wall-mounted boilers can cope with the heating of rooms up to 300 sq. M., Are compact in size and can be installed directly in the kitchen on the wall.
  4. Type of burner. A boiler with an atmospheric burner requires the installation of a traditional smoke extraction system. These models are characterized by low efficiency, but also simple operation and inexpensive cost. Units with a turbo burner in the structure have an electric turbine for forced ventilation of the combustion chamber. Such systems have higher efficiency and do not depend on gas pressure differences.

In addition, when selecting a boiler, it is worth paying attention to the material from which the heat exchanger is made-cast iron or steel. Cast iron is durable, but heavier. It is also important to adjust the power: smooth or two-stage. It is unequivocal to answer which boiler is best impossible without knowledge of specific operating conditions.

Heating system can be with natural and with forced circulation. In building natural system   circulation is due to the difference in the density of hot and cold water, at forced system   the pump is running.

An important element in the system is heating distribution, which can be of two types:

  • single-tube: for small houses with a small number of rooms;
  • two-tube: ideal for temperature control in different rooms.

One-pipe circuit has a significant disadvantage - the lower radiators get worse, and the radiators are unevenly warmed up two-story house. However, less materials are consumed, and the problem of uneven heating of radiators is solved by installing a bridge and increasing the number of sections of the radiator. The circulating pump is used to circulate the coolant faster. A circuit with natural circulation can be realized by placing the boiler below the level of the radiators. For normal natural circulation, a natural slope of the pipelines is needed.

The two-pipe system ensures a uniform heating of the radiators, but the costs for materials and for installation will be much greater. The system allows you to adjust the heating of individual radiators. If the boiler is in a basement room, the optimal output will be a device two-pipe system   with natural circulation.

Installation of a gas boiler

Installation of gas equipment begins with obtaining approvals and permits. Usually order the installation of gas equipment and gasification of premises. The project is approved by the gas supplier company. In addition, an agreement on the supply of natural gas is concluded. Only after this, the system is installed.

For the installation of a gas boiler a number of requirements have been developed:

  • ceiling height of 2 and a half meters;
  • convenient layout with unhindered access to the boiler;
  • presence of a gas analyzer;
  • fire resistance of walls - not less than 45 minutes.

Gas fired boilers   power less than 60kW can be installed in any room, except for residential and bathrooms. Two-circuit units can not be installed in kitchens. Equipment with a capacity of up to 150 kW can be installed on any floor. More powerful devices are installed in the basement or on the first floor.

If gas equipment   is installed in the kitchen, it is necessary to calculate that for 1 kW of boiler capacity there should be 0.2 m2 of room at least. If the kitchen is combined with the dining room, a gas analyzer is required.

Under the floor boiler requires a reinforced base, a flat floor surface, a floor fireproof coating. From the wall, the unit must be 10 cm at least. The wall should be covered with non-flammable material throughout the entire area of the device plus another 10 cm along the entire perimeter. Gas burners should be removed from the wall surface, at least 1 m. To check the smoothness of the installation, a level is used.

The boiler is connected to the chimney, then it will be connected to the house heating system. Before the return is put a filter of hard cleaning. On all pipes leading to the unit, it is advisable to install shut-off valves. The two-circuit boiler will be connected to the cold pipeline.

Before installation wall-mounted unit   it is necessary to flush the inner tubes into which garbage could get during the assembly and during transportation. The transport caps are removed from the apparatus and water is passed through it through pressure. Now you can install the unit.

The base wall should be flat and firm and covered with a non-flammable gasket on top. The boiler must be fastened so that there is a gap of 4.5 cm between it and the wall. Other equipment should be located from the unit at a distance not less than 20cm. The socket should be near. The unit is mounted on the slats strictly horizontally (check the level). Then connect to the pipes of the water supply. Do not forget to remove the plugs from the nozzles. Put filters on the water inputs.

The gas pipeline to the boiler is connected by a rigid connection through metal pipe   with a paronite gasket. The system must be connected only by a certified technician.

After installing the boiler, it must be connected to the expansion tank, which is the highest point of the system (therefore it is installed in the attic). From the bottom of the tank from its side wall the pipe to the collector is lowered. If the circulation pump is provided in the system, then the collector can be put in any place. If put natural circulation, the manifold must be mounted below the expansion tank. Above, a pipe is welded into the expansion tank, to discharge the excess coolant into the sewage system.

From the collector to the radiators are pipes. A feed loop is formed. Also from the radiators are diverted pipes, which will drain the heat that has already given away the heat. Return pipes   Also, they are collected in a circuit connected to the boiler. Circulation pump   is set in the reverse circuit. The main difficulty of installing a two-pipe system is a large number of pipes. However, its efficiency is much higher than that of a single-tube one.

The most recent stage of installing a two-pipe CO is the installation of radiators. Radiators are installed on the brackets under the window opening. The number of sections of the radiator or its length is calculated according to the footage of the room. It is necessary to look in the technical document of the radiator for its power and then calculate the following formula for calculation: the number of sections = (area x 100 W) / power of the radiator. This is for rooms with a ceiling height of up to three meters. If the ceiling height is larger, the formula is used:
  number of sections = (area of the room x height of the ceiling x 40) / power of the radiator. The number of sections is rounded up.

Radiators are installed exactly in the middle of the window with an allowable deviation of not more than 2cm. The width of the battery should be 50-75% of the width of the window sill. The distance from the floor should not exceed 12cm. The gap between the edge of the battery and the edge of the window sill should be more than 5cm. From the wall to the battery should be 2-5cm.

In houses with a 2-pipe heating system, a radiator is usually mounted on the lower connection scheme, which is easy to install and allow for acceptable heat loss. During installation, it is necessary to provide for the installation of the Mayevsky valve for periodic venting, which must be located at the top of the battery. The Mayevsky crane can be automatic or mechanical: it is in the radiator configuration or is already present in the structure.

After the installation of all elements of the system is completed, it is pressurized. Let's repeat: the primary start-up of the boiler is made only after obtaining a documentary permission in the presence of a representative of the gas service.

To date, the most common type of heating private and apartment buildings   is gas heating. The system of gas heating implies the location heating appliances   inside the room, which is heated. The gas heating system, in addition to the main instruments, also includes gas pipelines that provide fuel and heat return, automatic appliances designed to safely use gas, shut-off valves.

Types of gas heating equipment

There are several different types of heating equipment, which operates on gas fuel. Some equipment is used for private houses, while other types are more suitable for heating industrial buildings.

Equipment for gas heating includes: boilers, convectors, infrared gas radiators. Usually the latter kind is used in those rooms that have a large area. Emitters are located mainly under the ceiling.

The system of infrared gas heating is a casing that has a reflector turned to the floor with a ceramic nozzle made of flat tiles with holes from the bottom.

Between the casing and the attachment there is space. It is here that a fuel mixture is supplied, heating the tiles to high temperatures. After that, the combustion of the gas takes place already on the heated ceramic nozzle, which radiates heat to the room, heating it in this way. In the process of using such a type of heating equipment, gas combustion products are almost absent, their remnants are removed by the ventilation system.

Gas fired boilers

If you need to equip gas heating in a private house, then the best option is a gas boiler. Choose such a gas heating equipment must be carefully, since it depends on the boiler depends on the comfort and heat in the room.

The most indicative characteristic of a gas boiler is its capacity. Thus, gas boilers are small (4-65 kW), medium (up to 1700 kW) and large (up to 15,000 kW) capacity.

Depending on the capacity of the gas boiler, the type of burner and unit is selected. In addition, it should be borne in mind that wall heaters usually have low power, and floor heating devices are large. Also, floor and wall models differ in that they have different design and material of the heat exchanger. For wall options, copper heat exchangers are most often used, and for floor versions, steel or cast iron.

In addition, boilers that use gas heating systems can be single-circuit and two-circuit.

Single-circuit boilers heat only the room. So, hot water comes from a storage boiler. Double-circuit boilers   are intended not only for heating purposes, but also for supplying hot water. Such boilers can be flow-through (with a small consumption of hot water) and with a built-in storage boiler (an independent gas burner is heating the water, or an indirect coil is connected to the boiler).

Gas boilers consist of several elements:

  • Gas-burner. This is a perforated rectangular construction. Inside, it consists of elements such as a gas nozzle for heating.
  • Heat exchanger. Inside this box is a radiator with pipes with a coolant.
  • Circulation pump. Thanks to it, pressure is maintained in the pipeline.
  • Expansion tank. It is intended for temporary removal of the heat carrier when it is heated and expanded.
  • The device for the removal of combustion products.
  • Automation. This is the boiler control unit.

Gas convectors

A common way that uses heating natural gas, these are gas cylinders. Besides affordable price, this method has a number of other advantages.

First, we note the ease of installation. Standardized fasteners are used here, so the installation of pipes is simple and can be done by yourself. But the equipment should be set up by professionals.

Modern gas convectors are very compact. Thanks to this, they fit well into any interior.

A special advantage is security. After all, everything is controlled by automatics. In addition, gas convectors are durable. Their service life depends on the material, on average - it's 20-50 years.

Gas convectors are able to function from the gas main, as well as autonomously, if there is a cylinder with liquefied gas. The number of installed cylinders depends on the area of the room. Such cylinders are mounted not only in the premises, but also in special cabinets placed at the outer wall of the building. If you use such gas tanks for heating, like cylinders, then the heating will be very comfortable and economical.

Installation of gas heating system

In order to install the gas system for heating the premises, several steps must be taken. First of all, the project of the heating system is compiled, then all equipment is purchased, after which the installation and filling of the system with the heat carrier takes place.

After the project and the scheme of gas heating are compiled and coordinated with the gas service, all materials and equipment are bought, the time for installation of the heating system comes. Installation should be done by professionals. First, there are installed mains, heating pipes, automatic equipment for monitoring, special devices   for regulation. Then start and optimize the heating system.

Advantages of gas heating system

Among the obvious advantages of a gas heating system, we note the following:

  • low inertia (quick access to required operating conditions, rapid heating of rooms);
  • high efficiency (80-95%);
  • there is no need to constantly supply fuel;
  • independence from electrical energy;
  • from gas heater air conditioning systems, baths, lighting of the territory, etc .;
  • the process of functioning is maximally automated;
  • such systems correspond to modern ecology standards, since they emit a minimum of harmful substances;
  • no operating costs;
  • it is possible to adjust the temperature;
  • the cost of the equipment is quite acceptable.

If you do not want to connect to a common highway, or it is not on the site, you can make autonomous gas heating. Thanks to such a system, the heat consumption will be rational, and there will be no losses in the backbone networks.

The project of an autonomous gas heating system is best created when designing a house. After all, the place for the boiler room and gasholder should be determined immediately. Fuel from gasholder to the house must be supplied underground using a gas pipeline.

Modern heating equipment provides the necessary level of heat in the house and allows not to depend on the weather and the quality of the work of private or public boiler houses.

  • radiators;
  • convectors;
  • boilers;
  • air outlets.

For normal and comfortable operation of heating devices, control armature: valves, ball valves, balancing valves, as well as thermal fuses, with which you can manage the distribution of heat in the room. The use of control valves can reduce the cost of heating by at least a quarter.

HEATING AND VENTILATION EQUIPMENT

In order to keep clean air in every room of the apartment, acceptable humidity and temperature were maintained, it is necessary to purchaseheating and ventilation equipment. In its production only modern materials are used, which guarantees its safety and long life. Innovative engineering solutions provide high performance and low noise operation. Each model presented in the assortment meets all the requirements of GOST. Thanks to a thoughtful design, the devices will look organic in any interior.
